优异的酒店，给人宾至如归的感觉
酒店比较新，硬件条件也不错，办理入住很顺利，还给贴心的加了床。酒店入住基本都是西方人，早餐基本都是西餐，中餐很少，碰到一天有虾饺。游泳池出去就是博瓦隆海滩，但没有免费海上游玩项目。服务员态度都很好，主动打招呼，电瓶车主动给住客让路。小孩玩的项目较少。交通方便，出门有公共汽车可以到维多利亚和港口。

飯店設施都還蠻新，環境也很優美，前方出去就到海灘，後方可以看到山景，延著海灘可以散步到比較熱鬧的區域，只是這個區域離機場比較遠。

I arrived at STORY having spend few days on Praline and La Digue thinking that since I had such a wonderful time at the resorts on those 2 islands, my stay at STORY should be far more superior having booked myself into a beach villa. I was very disappointed having paid a high price to stay in a beach villa which lacked attention to detail by the housekeeping department. There was a fruit basket in the room which included raw inedible mangoes that the knife could not cut into them because it was so bland I couldn't even slice an apple. I wondered what's the point of placing raw hard mangoes in a fruit basket, wasting the fruit. There wasn't a note pad and pencil or pen I could use and most annoying was the lack of turned down service. Upon checking into the STORY they informed me of their Creole buffet on the same evening which I found very poor and rather boring.I know what Creole cuisine should look and taste and this wasn't anywhere near it. The following morning breakfast was a disaster. The attitude of the staff was so distant, unsmiling and unfriendly, anticipating what you would say with raised eyebrows without saying a word. The buffet display was poor and the coffee tasted so bad and bitter it must have been standing there for a long time. When I found out I could order an Americano, it arrived 10 minutes later with the waitress holding the cup by the handle, placing it in front of me without saying a word, sans the saucer and the teaspoon.

Very nice location on the beach but the beach is very busy with public access. Good facilities with gym, tennis restaurants etc. Nice bar. Sadly we found it dirty in places and the general areas were a bit úsed'. our room was nice but again not very clean( shower mouldy )_ Staff were good and helpful but let down by the state of things, we left early an were re-imbursed for nights not spent( although we were offered an upgrade it was not what we were looking for) plenty of other places to stay that were better, we stayed in two others for the duration of our stay and they were great.

We've stayed at the Story hotel around New Year tome for 5 days. Very comfortable rooms with cosy beds, spacious bathrooms and great balconies to enjoy the views of the ocean, swimming pool and the courtyard. Nice surrounding area of Beau Vallon Beach with restaurants and all sorts of stores

I enjoyed my stay at the Story. Rooms are well appointed, bed and pillows were amazing. Our room had issues with hot water - it worked for one day when i complained but the next day was back to luke warm. This is not a good thing. Pool is great. Beach area is small. Breakfast was good but limited if staying for more than a few days. Food in the restaurants is very expensive and we ate out each night. Finally i was disappointed with the policy of not refunding for lost nights. Our flight was delayed and we arrived 2 days later than our reservation. They would not give us a refund even though this was not our fault. There was no compensation offered and i find this quite annoying for a 5 star hotel. Check-in could have gone more smoothly.

STORY was the 5th of 5 hotels we stayed at on our Seychelles honeymoon. The grounds were beautiful and lush, the beach was easily accessible and the pools looked nice although we didn’t use them. Communication with the hotel was a challenge prior to arrival as they didn’t respond to any emails, and while their the WhatsApp messaging service - similarly non-responsive. Oddly the room was designed for 2 twin beds, but they pushed the 2 together to call it a King Room. The bathroom door was half opaque meaning that the top third the door was see-through which was an odd design. They were wonderfully accommodating to our dietary restrictions. They made gf pancakes on the spot for my husband, and had special vegan menus at Eden and Trader Vic’s. Get the Mai Tai at Trader Vic’s!! Overall a wonderful stay aside from those small things

The experience of staying at this resort was unique. From location, to staff attentiveness, to food options. This place has everything to offer for all requirements. El hotel está acorde al entorno natural y paradisiaco en el que se encuentra. Tuvimos una estancia sumamente placentera y agradable. I just returned from this lovely hotel. It was my first visit to the Seychelles and I purposely booked somewhere which is located on one of the best beaches and access to other restaurants Upon arrival from the UK we were offered our room quite quickly. Neige went through the details of the hotel and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was just dreamy, always clean warm and amazing views of the beach on one side and the green mountains on the other The staff around the beach and pool were always happy and willing to help. Lallit was particularly helpful and took some great Picts of us at the beach at sunset - thank you! We visited Trader Vics - food was ok and a little pricey for the portions provided. Our favourite restaurant was Seyshima. There are only 4 members of staff running the entire restaurant - but my goodness what great team work. I was blown away. The food service and ambience was perfect every time we ate here. Aye & Tanya we’re particularly brilliant to say the least. They suggested great recommendations on what to order - they spoke highly of how well they are treated by the resort and that was really heart warming to hear. It was my birthday , the hotel provided a lovely cake and beautiful decor on my birthday which was greatly appreciated Thank you so much for a truly memorable stay
