"This hotel is absolutely gorgeous, we will definitely visit again . Everything is just perfect , very nice and very helpful staff ( Mia at the front desk is such a nice lady ) and Pavel( I hope that's his name-can't remember now , he is the hotel groundskeeper) was absolutely 100% helpful with everything, he even recommended local trips to us and we are glad we followed his recommendations. "We had a great week at this Tyrollean hotel. We were very pleased with our large room which had a comfortable sitting area as well as a balcony with views over the mountains. We especially enjoyed the food on our half board stay. The swimming pool was a great place for a dip after a day’s hiking. The hotel staff were friendly and always happy to help. "
