Nestled within an estate characterised by Mediterranean landscapes, Le Camberaud offers a peaceful and idyllic setting to enjoy nature and spend time with family or friends. The cottage is located just 4 km from the village and 15 km from Minerve. The property features ample outdoor space, including a large terrace, a wooded yard, olive trees, and a pine forest. Outdoor furniture lets you enjoy sunny days, and several amenities are available: a pétanque court and a ping-pong table. Hiking and mountain biking trails are accessible right on-site, including the GR77 trail heading towards Minerve. The village features a swimming pool and an archaeological site. Just a few kilometres away, you can also visit L’Oulibo, the iconic olive oil cooperative in Bize-Minervois, and take the opportunity to learn about olive-related traditions and products. Wine enthusiasts can also sample wines from local cooperatives. Inside, the ground floor features a kitchen, a dining room, and a cosy living room with a fireplace. A bathroom and a bathroom accessible to guests with limited mobility are located on the ground floor; an extra bed can also be set up on this level as needed. Upstairs, five bedrooms can accommodate up to 10 people: three bedrooms with a 140-cm bed, one bedroom with two 80-cm beds, and one bedroom with two 90-cm beds. Two bathrooms and two separate toilets complete the upper level. Electric heating is included. Firewood for the fireplace is provided.
