「We arrived after a long day of driving to our reserved room. The minute I opened the door to the suite it reeked of mildew. The wall in the bathroom was wet to the touch.
I am allergic to mold, so I immediately requested another room. The hotel was full and I had to quickly figure out accommodations for myself and my children. The staff refused to help me to find another hotel nearby.」

「I had a king suite and it was nice size. The closet was spacious, the bathroom was big and the kitchen was nicely appointed. Literally my only issue was they don't have ice machines -- instead they have you turn on the ice maker in your fridge when you first check in. I was there two nights and didn't have any ice to use. Otherwise, the staff was incredible and accomodating. The place was very clean, the laundry facilities have multiple washers and dryers, etc. Highly recommend. I definitely...
