「Nice environment, very good service, and good location」

「I’m so satisfied to stay in this hotel. Everyone is smiling and friendly. The room is cozy and the bed is comfortable. The service of breakfast is super nice. Highly recommended.」

「I had a great stay at The Exotic House. Hot water, heat in the rooms. all at an affordable price. I would definitely stay there again.」

「Stayed 15 days and enjoyed the off street peaceful location. The staff was exceptional in so many ways, directions, sightseeing, travel advice, you name it. The restaurant was a quiet oasis from the city street noise. Good food in an outdoor setting. Overall, excellent staff and a great value and great location. Very highly recommend !!!」

「best hotel」

「Good hotel」

「Friendly and helpful staff team, hotel design blended in the traditional Nepali style. Morning yoga class in rooftop has brightened my trip up. Just to note this hotel does not have air con, nor elevator. Yet their staff can help to take your luggage to and from your room.」

「Although the hotel has a little distance from the downtown and has little mountain view, it's cozy and comfortable. The staff is also very nice, and the breakfast is good. Only that the wifi quality will not be great as you expected.」

「Ashish at reception is like a maestro/ making sure everything is working, guests are happy, etc. he does an awesome job! He has done challenges to work with, such as excessive noise from within the hotel due to an open staircase. It starts about 6:30 am with Oreo for Brfk down in the lobby ( all way up to higher levels) and really continues all day. Noise from outside is minimal. Breakfast is a nice selection. Bathroom is very small- two people don’t fit. Needs a bit of sprucing up; water noise...
