「Good stay」

「1) I stayed at room 443 for 4 nights and my experience was horrible. We had water leak and i complained multiple times even i went down to talk to them in person but they were keep saying "OK" Eventually i had to submit complaint to Expedia Team and after that complaint they fixed everything in one hour and apologize and even offered free breakfast to us. My question to the hotel management is that this is how you guys treat Guests? Again the Room cleaning staff was good they were cooperative...
