“整棟三層樓的空間非常寬敞，放行李或者住的感覺都不錯，沒有壓迫感。室內沒有洗衣機，但有曬衣架，水量充足，熱水也夠燙。缺點是對面是酒吧，大概會到凌晨1、2點才比較安靜，而且只有密碼鎖，感覺有點不太安全”

“Surrounding is quiet, property is spacious and easy to locate. Beach is about 5mins drive away. Room comfort can be improved such as installing air con units in all the rooms as it can be very warm.”

“The only reason for rating the comfort a 3 instead of 5 is due to the location of Mynest next to the local mosque. It has prayers through the loudspeaker at 5.30am and again at 8.00pm (with 2 young children being woken up at 5.30am and 8.00pm when their bedtime is 7pm for 2 days in a row becomes quite taxing) but apart from that Mynest is a cute and very different to places we use to stay for holidays. It's extremely local, and it's in the heart of things from the local street fare to Jonker……

Already thinking about booking it for next trip to Malacca next month. My wife will love the minimalist design. Wish more homestay is like this. Thoughtfully design. ”

“Like: 1. behind the property is a stretch of beach 2. all 3 rooms are air-conditioned 3. Clean 4. Many kitchen utensils 5. Owner is speedily responsive (through whatsapp because of the pandemic) Don’t like: 1. Only 1 bathroom 2. The bed is creaky 3. The mattress isn’t comfy”
