Wonderful apartment

Apartment exactly as the listing. It is really clean and extremely well equipped. Ww were able to check in early, which was really helpful. Location ia great. About a 20 min walk to the old town, which was perfect for us.

A long way from town

The property was not set up for a long stay. We ran out of a few essentials like clothes washing power and toilet paper. It was a 25 minute walk into town for decent food and to do tourist things.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und einen Einblick in das authentische Leben der Spanier bekommen. Die 2 Schlafzimmer und den kleinen Balkon haben wir sehr zu schĂ€tzen gewusst. Das Zentrum war nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt.

Malaga mit Einheimischen

Die Wohnung ist in einem 8stöckigen Haus mitten in einem Wohnquartier gelegen. Sie ist sehr gut geeignet fĂŒr einen lĂ€ngeren Aufenthalt und wenn man mitbekommen will, wie Einheimische hier ihren Alltag leben. Allzu empfindlich gegenĂŒber GerĂ€uschen, GesprĂ€chen und GerĂŒchen sollte frau nicht sein, alle wohnen nahe aneinander. FĂŒr uns hat alles gepasst. Busse in die nahe Innenstadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ideal. Schöner kleiner Balkon zum draussen sitzen.

Agradable y Comoda estancia cercana al centro de Malaga

Pasamos dos diĂĄs estupendos en este pisito cercano al centro de MĂĄlaga. La casa estaba muy bien equipada y limpia. En 15 minutos andando se llega al centro dando un agradable paseo. Tiendas, bares, etc quedan al alcance de la mano. VolverĂ­amos a repetir!

Appartement spatieux, d'une propreté irréprochable et bien équipé, avec une petite terrasse sympa, à 20 min à pied du centre historique. Un ascenseur et des volets. Il est possible de se garer dans l'avenue à cÎté en utilisant l'application ElParking. Assurez-vous de vérifier le numéro de téléphone en envoyant un message au propriétaire, car sur Abritel, ce n'est pas le bon.

Comme à la maison en vivant comme les Malaguënos

Nous terminons notre 2e sĂ©jours de 2 mois Ă  cette adresse. Nous sommes tombĂ©s en amour avec MĂĄlaga. Nous y reviendrons l’hiver prochain. Une expĂ©rience d’immersion culturelle. La trinidad est un quartier normal, fort diffĂ©rent des stations balnĂ©aires glammor de la Costa del sol , trop souvent des ghettos pour touristes fortunĂ©s .Ă©loignĂ©s de la vie espagnol. À distance de marche du centre, bien fourni par de nombreuses lignes de bus, Cercanias et mĂ©tro. Et riche en commerces de proximitĂ©. Mercadona, Dia, Eroski, etc. Une vie de quartier riche et animĂ©e. SituĂ© tout prĂšs de l’Hospital civil et du Qualdamedina. Le fleuve sec..Ma connaissance de l’espagnol a beaucoup facilitĂ© nos rapports avec Rosa, la mĂšre de notre proprio Jonatan . Une vĂ©ritable fĂ©e du logis. Une dame charmante qui a nous avait bien orientĂ©s en nous brossant le portrait du quartier et de Malags . Rosa, toujours rejoignable sur Whatsapps, a toujours rĂ©pondu trĂšs rapidement ĂĄ nos requĂȘtes. Je recommande fortement un sĂ©jour ĂĄ MĂĄlaga, le pivot d’oĂč vous pourrez rayonner vers toute l’Andalousie par les transports publics.

Un appartement agréable dansvun quartier trÚs ordinaire

Appartement conforme Ă  l'annonce et aux photos. Malheureusement, les fenĂȘtres Ă  vitrage simple n'isolent pas du bruit qui est parfois intense (motos, bar en bas). Tout fonctionne trĂšs bien dans cet appartement. Aucun produit ne manque , sauf pour la lessive. Pas trĂšs loin du centre.

Pendant 2 mois nous avons vĂ©cu comme des malaguĂ«nos dans un quartier agrĂ©able, central, bien pourvu en commerce de proximitĂ© et non touristique. Jonatan et Rosa ont rĂ©pondu avec sollicitude Ă  nos requĂȘtes. Nous ont fourni toutes les infos pertinentes Ă  la vie du quartier et de Malaga. Optimale Lage fĂŒr den MĂĄlaga Besuch

Es fehlte leider nur eine funktionierende Heizung fĂŒr diese Zeit. Wohnung ist soweit ok, kĂŒhlte aber die letzten Tage erheblich aus auf nur noch 15 Grad.

LE NEGATIF: a pied un peu loin , aucune information sur les bus!! les draps du synthetique !!! , la cabine de douche HS , la porte avec volets !! poussante !! si bloquĂ©e pas moyen de sortir sur la terrasse , le canapĂ© (pas un lit! ) mais mĂȘme pas un canapĂ© , trĂšs mauvais , location possible 3 ou '4 personnes , poĂȘle sale , pas de vaisselle ou en mauvais Ă©tat , j'ai du acheter une plaque pour cuire du poisson! hotte aspirante en deco!!! 1 clĂ© pas deux pourtant demandĂ© par mail au proprietaire qui ne rĂ©pond jamais , pas besoin de son numĂ©ro de tel !!!et aprĂšs avoir rĂ©cupĂ©rer les clĂ©s a une personne , et insister , le propriĂ©taire est arrivĂ© , aucune communication , barriĂšre de la langue, non, j'avais mon traducteur et il s'est montrĂš dĂ©sagrĂ©able au possible , ne reprĂ©sente en rien l'espagne , je dĂ©conseille , peu mieux faire , fini pour moi LE POSITIF : mĂ©nage bien fait

Die Lage war perfekt, viel konnte man zu Fuß erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nicht so gut. Die Antwort auf unsere Fragen kam manchmal auch noch 2 Tagen. W-lan hat auch nicht immer funktioniert, aber nur fĂŒr kurze Zeit. Trotzdem wĂŒrde ich anderen die Wohnung empfehlen, mitten im Zentrum und nicht so teuer Wir hatten da eine schöne Zeit

Decent apartment but a few improvements needed

This property was clean and spacious, with two bedrooms. Generally it was well stocked, or though some additional basics like washing detergent would have been appreciated. The balcony provides some nice outdoor space. We used this property as a place to work remotely for a week in Malaga - unfortunately the internet connection was not good enough for this purpose. When working, the internet was rather slow and regularly dropped off calls. It then dropped off completely for the last 4 days of our stay. Unfortunately the host wasn't able to fix it in time. There is also a family in the flat on the floor above the flat who have a young baby that cried throughout the night. Of course, this isn't the host's fault, but worth noting. The master bedroom bed is a small double, so don't expect acres of space. Overall, the stay was fine but there is room for improvement. I would not recommend this apartment if you intend to work from the property.

When we arrived we did manage ti check in early.we then realised that there was only fans n an air conditioning unit was broken n had not been repaired.it was very hot n it was impossible to sleep in the small bedroom.appartment was very clean n tidy with enough amenities n close proximity to the shops.wifi never worked.owner should have mentioned PAID parking in the streets or supply a resident parking permit
