Mary - Holiday rental Malaga City

  • This stunning apartment has recently been fully renovated and decorated with the highest quality marble floors, brick walls and wooden work. It is located on Calle Carreteria - home of magnificent 19th century buildings with its beautiful wrought iron railings and bay windows. This emblematic street is currently undergoing a total rejuvenation with the opening of many trendy shops, healthy restaurants and in vogue local stores.



    This property with two lifts is located on the 5th floor measures over 140 square meters and is made up of 2 large bedrooms with double beds. One has an en-suite bathroom. The other bathroom is located in the hallway. One has a bathtub, the other one a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms give onto a charming little street away from the noise of the main road.



    There is a large laundry room with washing machine, dryer, sink, ironing board and lots of closet space.



    The fully-equipped kitchen has everything one may dream of, with household appliances of the highest quality including two ovens, induction and gas stove tops, and a wine cooler cabinet. The open-space kitchen gives onto a large dining room and living room.



    There is a private study on the side of the living room that can be closed off thanks to sliding wooden panels for more privacy. From there, you will be able to enjoy one of the most stunning views of the Cathedral and contemplate the city’s charming roof tops.

Comfortable stay

This is our second stay, we love this apartment. Great location, the apartment is very well equipped.Beds are comfy and bedrooms are a good size. Having 2 bathrooms is great. Balcony is a bonus. We will definitely be back for another stay. Coffee pods are available , it would be nice to have some tea bags for those who are tea drinkers.

We loved our stay at the Mary apartment. It was spacious for 4 adults.The beds were lovely and comfortable, kitchen very well equipped, we cooked a fresh fish meal that we bought from the local fish market, it was lovely and tasty, using all fresh local produce. Near to tapas bars, the port, the beach. We will definitely return.

An amazing apartment in the middle of Malaga. Spacious, clean and with all the facilities and equipment that would allow you to stay for 6 weeks or more if needed! 2 great size bedrooms with really comfortable beds. Air con throughout. Large living room with an office type space too. Large fully equipped kitchen. Location superb, just behind the main busy streets of the historic centre. Plenty of coffee shops within 2 mins walk. Restaurants and bars in the centre within 5 mins walk.We checked in online but didn’t hear again until I messaged via VRBO app the day before arrival. Slightly surprised to be told just to call from airport on arrival but all good after we called from baggage reclaim - member of staff was waiting for us at the apartment and gave us full walk through with really clear guidance. Check out very simple and clear. Good communications throughout.The view from the balcony is spectacular with the cathedral over the roofs of the historic city. There’s a TV with Netflix etc if you need it. The apartment is on the 5th floor with lift access as well as stairs.We could return and stay for weeks and probably will in the future!

I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

Highly recommend this apartment -much larger and spacious than photos, many perks including filtered water, chef's kitchen, very stocked with everything, amazing linens, huge laundry room too. I wish we could have stayed longer - walkable to all the downtown, port and main restaurant area, grocery options nearby too. Binder with all you need to know is included - this is big bonus as a tourist - very smart. would give this place 10 stars if I could.

Great spot in the heart of town

Spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Very satisfied and would recommend. Just a word of caution if you like a quiet night, you will have to close all windows which keeps the sounds of the all-night partiers down. And I mean, all night.The management is responsive and kind. Malaga is awesome and we don't regret a thing.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Da ist alles drin was man brauchen kann. Die Lage ist auch toll. Die Kommunikation mit das Unternehmen sowie die Schlüsselübergabe lief einwandfrei. Durch die zentrale Lage ist das Parken entweder sehr teuer (25€ pro Tag) oder unmöglich in weniger als 1 km Entfernung.

A true Home Away from Home in Malaga!

Everything about this property was wonderful. The location was ideal walking to all the city had to offer. The apartment was very comfortable and has a great kitchen for cooking if you choose to dine in. Great Wi-fi/ cable., laundry. The beds are very comfortable. We stayed here for 10 days for Spanish immersion school on this street and also day- tripped to Gibraltar, Sevilla, Granada and Córdoba. The property management was very helpful, responsive and delightful. Highly recommend this property!
