"In my opinion, this hotel is the best hotel in Malaga. The location is ideal - it is just across the Marina/Port and down the street from the restaurants and the excitement of the hub. Even in that context, the room was exquisitely quiet, on top of being large, very comfortable, clean and just overall excellent. The staff are fantastic. I was helped at check-in by Exenia, who was gracious, warm, considerate and helpful. This hotel is not your average 4 star - I would say in terms of amenities, location and service it is a 5 star. I am already planning a return trip. My thanks sad congratulations to the management of this wonderful hotel that made this stay so memorable"

"Room is cleaned everyday, breakfast is wonderful, staffs are very friendly. However, location of the hotel is not very convenient, it will take 20 minutes walk to the major attractions, shopping district and some nice restaurants. In general, we have had a nice stay."

"Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent, the staff was friendly and welcoming at check-in, and the room was lovel, the bathtub, in particular, was fantastic. A quick tip for future guests: the AC controls are integrated directly into the bedside headboard, which can be tricky to spot at first. My only frustration came after checkout. At arrival, the staff mentioned I was receiving an upgrade. When I entered the room, there was a bottle of champagne on ice, which naturally seemed like part of that upgrade. However, a couple of days after checking out, an unexpected charge appeared on my card, which I assume was for the bottle. Be mindful of in-room items even if an upgrade is offered, but otherwise, it's a solid hotel."

"The room was spotless, the bed comfortable, the shower excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful Breakfast was mediocre. 2 choices of cereal neither healthy but there was a cold and hot choice of main the same every day and neither appealed to me. The bread didn’t look fresh. Air conditioning was excellent, immediate response."
