RULES AND BASICS INSTRUCTIONS:
Check-in time: From 4:00 PM

Early arrivals must be requested as a special request and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

Generally, for late arrivals (after 8:00 PM), a surcharge of €30 will be applied if remote assistance is needed; and €50 if after 10:00 PM (both remote and in-person assistance).

Check-out time: Until 11:00 AM

If you plan to leave earlier, we appreciate it if you notify us to help with cleaning organization.

If you need a late check-out, it must be requested as a Special Request. It will be considered based on availability, and additional charges may apply.

The property will be delivered with made beds and one set of towels (hand and shower) per registered guest. We guarantee that all linens have been washed, dried, and ironed at professional laundries. If you notice any stains, they may be due to dyes from tanning creams or makeup. Please make proper use of the provided linens (do not take them to the beach, do not use them for cleaning, etc.).

Special Requestsmust be made Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and at least 48 hours in advance. On weekends, we primarily attend to emergencies.

On your departure day, please remember:

Leave the used towels in the bathroom.

You don’t need to clean, but the property should be left in a normal condition. Penalties may apply for excessive dirt.

Dispose of all trash (plastics, cardboard, glass, and organic waste) in the street bins closest to the building. Please throw away any opened or perishable food.

Leave the keys where you found them upon arrival (inside the locker or on the table, as appropriate). If you used the parking, don’t forget to remove your car before leaving the keys and remote inside the property.
