「The rooms are not as shown in the images. The cottages were very dingy and visibly worn out and unkept. Common areas seem to no be getting any attention. They have an on-site restaurant that does not have any functioning staff or even a full menu. Table tennis table was broken and there were hardly any other amenities.」

「It's a decent property but service could be better. Pictures look larger than life. Don't let the pictures lure you to book the place. You get what you pay for. Restaurant has decent food but the staff didn't quite get the dietary restrictions. I had to explain it to them each time and yet confused the dishes. Property is on a nice lot but could be much more elevated in decor and services. 」

「Bathroom is bad. No water supply properly in the basin. As shown in the picture bathtub is not at all usable. Infact bugs are in the bathroom. No telephone in the room and unfortunately there are not even staff available to seek help. I had to go searching for them. No Internet even after asking for them. Only positive about the place is the lawn. It’s not worth the price 」

「Overall good experience. It's a nice place for a lazy stay. only limitation is that the room I chose weren't facing the Banasura hills but I got royal family suite complementary for a day. Hence I can forget it. 」

「Cons. Washroom was terrible.. Iron water...yellow water Shower was not working.. Hot water was irregular.. they was charging extra for room heater and tea. Pros Good view..room was nice..」
