「Our room had an amazing unobstructed ocean view. The sunsets were beautiful and the view from the rear balcony was just as beautiful. The apartment was well appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and felt safe and relaxed. The service we recieved from the reception team (Colleen and Ray) was exceptional. We will stay again.」

「Great little place to stay, we stayed there for 9 days with 2 small dogs over Christmas. Has everything you need for a little getaway. Neat & tidy & has excellent cooling, Netflix was a bonus. Area is quiet & you can walk to the beach, surf club & shopping centre. Great communication from host’s 」

「Lovely. minutes walk to kawana shopping centre walking distance to dog beach unit was very lovely Nice took a while to work out how to use the cook top everything was there. Our Dog TEDDY enjoyed the stay walking to the dog beach .was a shame that it rained while we were there .But next time should be better weather wise 」

「We loved our 6 night stay at The Avenue .Excellent communication from Jonathon. Clean cottage, with quality and comfortable furniture and bedding. Top-notch amenities. We ordered the Breakfast and dinner food packages and this was great value with delicious local produce! Perfect place for a couple, private and peaceful with a postcard view. Location is 3 kms from Montville main street so we recommend a car. In saying that, its also a walk with views which we did. Highly recommend this place...
