This charming bungalow on the island of Lošinj is located in an idyllic, green environment of the picturesque holiday resort of Veli Lošinj – ideal for all those who want to enjoy peace, sun and Mediterranean lifestyle. The single-storey holiday home offers space for up to five people and is situated on a large, approximately 2000 m² fenced plot with lush garden, an old shade-providing palm tree and a small pond.



The accommodation has a separate bedroom with a double bed and two sofa beds in the living area, providing sufficient space for families. In the living and dining area, you will find a cosy atmosphere with a dining table, seating area, SAT-TV, air conditioning and a well-equipped kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, kettle and filter coffee machine. A private washing machine is also available.



A special highlight is the private terrace with direct access to the garden, where you can relax wonderfully during an extensive breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. The well-maintained outdoor area offers plenty of space to relax, an outdoor shower, sun and shade areas, as well as the possibility of grilling (by arrangement). Parking spaces are available directly on the property near the house, and storing a boat trailer is also possible.



Pets are warmly welcome in the bungalow by arrangement. For guests travelling with small children, a baby cot can be provided upon request.



The friendly landlords also live on the property and are happy to provide you with tips about the surroundings and leisure opportunities. They speak Croatian, English, Italian and Russian. An optional breakfast service can be booked for an additional fee.



The beach is only about 500 metres away, where you can expect clear seawater and picturesque rocky bays. About a kilometre away, there are also beautiful pebble beaches. The old town of Veli Lošinj with its romantic harbour, cosy restaurants, cafés and small boutiques can be comfortably reached in around 5 minutes on foot.



In the surrounding area, there are numerous opportunities for active holidaymakers: Boat rental, diving, kayaking, windsurfing, or mountain biking are just as popular as walks through the fragrant island vegetation. Families are also catered for - playgrounds, shopping opportunities, and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away.
