「Excellent」

「Beautiful and clean hotel. Staffs are friendly and efficient, excellent customer service, they all need a raise.😁. Breakfast buffet is delicious. The only downside is the shower is a little weird, it drains slowly and hot water is an issue, but I think cold shower is also good for your body anyway, it's healthier. But overall, I had an amazing stay, I hope they will maintain the property well so it will not deteriorate overtime just like other hotels because I will for sure stay here next...

What I didn’t like is the electricity that went on and off for about 3-4 times a day. Also needs to improve on the cleanliness of room coz we had housekeeping on our 2nd day coz of ants but still there when we came back. 」

「This was a great place to be based in Legazpi with a lovely outdoor pool that was warm thanks to some very sunny days. Our room looked out on the main road but this was in no way a problem and was not noisey. All the staff were warm and friendly, especially Callie who was always on duty in reception. She’s a little dog who quite happily sits on the reception desk greeting visitors. If you feel you want a change from the hotel food (which was good) you can order in from Grab but there is a charge...

「The bathroom gets flooded after taking a shower. Receptionist did not cooperate calling shuttle bus to the airport coz she has her own contact and she gets commission. Hotel should coordinste with shuttle pick up」

「The b&b is very convenient to the shops. The staff is helpful and responsive. The one dislike that comes to mind is the bed’s padded sheet which is heavy. A lighter normal sheet would be enough with air cond on.」

「整体感觉不错，算是当地比较规范的星级酒店，服务设施清洁都相当不错，就是很难提早入住，客房比较紧张。LCC就在旁边，交通和买东西吃饭都很方便。最好是机场接送服务，走那天雨很大，如果自己打tutu一定全湿，还好酒店有van接送。唯一挑剔的就是客房wifi比较慢，早餐食物种类较少，只提供咖啡，红茶要问服务员才会冲一壶给你。」
