The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house built in 2018, was renovated in 2021 and is furnished in a modern and luxury style. Also due to the view over the sea from the property and its quiet hillside location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.


Location
Masons. The holiday apartement is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.


Special
air conditioning, underfloor heating. Facilities: baby cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN), safe, iron and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.


Pool
All pools are available for exclusive use. Outdoor pool (usable from early June to mid October, 3 m x 7 m, depth 1,4 m).

not allowed.

Shopping 580 m (2 km in winter), restaurant 260 m, town center 2,2 km. indoor swimming pool, sauna each 1,6 km in Hotel Malin. The entrance to your holiday apartment is located on the ground floor and leads over an external staircase directly into the kitchen-diner.
Ground floor: Living room (walk-through room) with sitting area, TV, dining area (6 seats) and access to the terrace (garden furniture, 1 table, 2 sunbeds). Kitchen with (induction stove), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
1st floor: Bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby cot. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Schöner Pool und nur kurzer Weg zum Strand.
