「We always stay here when we come into town! Very convenient location when visiting our family!」

「Good」

「Very clean room and public areas, complimentary coffee, tea, and breakfast in the lobby, which is very nice and easy for guests. Easy parking, 10-15 mins walking distance to nearby restaurants and cafes. I'd recommend it to anyone who's around for a short trip or business trip.」

「Environment quiet, air conditioner too noise」

「The room was quite humid, loud AC unit. Walls are very thin, I could hear people talking in the next room until 12:30am. Did not get much sleep.」

「No room cleaning service, no offering water, no offering new towels…didn’t clean up garbage can, bad smell in the room.」

「The thing I liked the most was the front desk staff & the breakfast crew. They were all so kind & friendly. Love the room, the outside dog area and the location.」

「The walls were paper thin, could hear neighbors on both sides of us like they were in the room. Also road noise was very bad and we were on the lakeside away from the road. We could never get hot water from the sink. Luckily the shower did have hot water but had to let it run a long time to get it. The restaurant closed at 4 pm...

「Clean and quiet」

「Check in was easy and quick. The staff very courteous. Our room was immaculate. Very clean bathroom with nice fixtures and Dove products. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Excellent full breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.」

「First impression was like the photos on line. The property looked nice and rather new. Upon going to our room, we were impressed with the courtyard, the seating and the grills they were available. That all ended when we opened the door to room 205. It was nasty!! The smell hit us as soon as we opened the door. Looking around the room was really disgusting. The walls are all marked up, dead spider in a web in the corner of the ceiling, stains on the walls, the door handle on the bathroom door...
