“We loved staying in this quiet cabin with our cats for 3 nights. We arrived at night and we're so glad to see the twinkle lights on the cabin because our GPS had stopped just off the road. There are two bedrooms with memory foam mattress and a full kitchen with all the coffee and tea you could ever want! The living room has a big tv that's wifi enabled so I could cast to it from my phone. The wifi was so great to have, not much service anywhere else. There are a couple miles of hiking trails on……

“My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The location was good, 20 mins or less to Saranac, about 30 or so mins to Lake Placid mirror lake. The house was clean and kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Beds were comfortable, heating was more than adequate. The yard and lake access was fun. Snow was pretty much untouched and the kids loved sledding, playing with their trucks, walking on the frozen lake and trying to make their best snow angels. “The cabin was located conveniently to the airport and close enough to town to grab groceries, shop, etc., but felt secluded at the same time. We loved the panoramic mountain views. There was a slight miscommunication about the check-in process, but I believe that was on Vrbo's end as the host quickly mitigated the confusion. Next time I vacation in Saranac Lake with a larger group I will be staying here for sure!”

“My son and his wife family of girls 5,2, 5 months, and Mema, had more than enough room. Beautiful setting, wrap around porch with chairs and fire pit and plenty of wood to burn. Decor nice unique with cozy feeling. And like new. Kitchen adorable with all the necessary items. All cleaning items provided. There was even a bag of ice for us. General Dollar down the street for most needs. Bathroom is large and water pressure perfect. Plenty of towels and hairdryer. New washer/dryer. Bedrooms……

“This place was the most peaceful and tranquil place we have ever stayed in our life. We were worry free and relaxed our whole stay. The place was clean, warm, and extremely comfortable. The nature surrounding it was perfection, from the many animals and unique birds you hear, the creek right along side the place, surrounding pines, the wooden swing, camp fire, chairs, front porch, and relaxing back porch facing the woods, to the interior decor. “We had a lovely 3-day stay. The cabin is beautiful and the pictures represent it well. The picture window overlooking the lake is a glorious way to start a morning, and the deck and fire pit are wonderful ways to take in the lake in a quiet setting. We also enjoyed the beach a short walk away. The location is great- a mile or so outside of town and close to hiking trails. The kitchen was clean and fully outfitted to cook, and we took advantage of that a lot. We’d happily stay again.”

“It's a nice cabin, very secluded, a mile drive on a gravel road from town. We were out and about a lot and the drive got to be a bit of a bear. It has some of the usual cabin quirks. It's nicely appointed, but the polyester sheets gave it a definite low-budget feel.”

“This was our first stay at this property, but not our first stay in the area. We were a little hesitant to book because our last stay at the other location was less than ideal. So glad we went ahead and booked. The house is beautiful, well decorated, clean and well equipped. There were 6 of us, my family of 4, plus my parents.
