“There were big blood stains on the carpet and things in the room were not cleaned very well overall. The breakfast is supposed to be till 9:30 but most of it was cleaned up around 9:15. “While the hotel itself is fine we reached out before through the expedia platform when we made the booking requesting a late checkout. Someone messaged us and asked what time are we looking to checkout and we said 12pm if possible. They then told us that is their standard checkout time. When we got there the guy at the front desk insisted otherwise and said that we didn't speak to the hotel we spoke to someone through expedia.
