「Comfortable bed, and very convenient location. TV and wifi worked well.
Had to ring to ask for towels, which arrived a little while later.
The room was very damp and parts of the carpet were wet. As there was no heating on in the building everything in the room got damper. I could not have a shower on my 2nd full day because there was no way the towel from the previous day could have dried out.
Shower barely warm even when turned up to max heat.」
