Excellent food and service both for evening meal and breakfast.
We had the private dining room, which for a larger party I really can recommend. Though we were not required to we pre-ordered which made the whole evening seamless.
Probably just me but there were 6 different light switches in the room. Finding the right combination for bathroom, ceiling and bedside trial and error.

Everything was excellent, spotlessly cleaned daily, well stocked tea tray daily. Friendly and professional staff. Restaurant food and breaksfasts were top rate too. Lovely atmosphere and grounds were great for our dog

The staff were very attentive and the room was great. The menu could do with some changes on a day to day basis, perhaps with at least one Plat du Jour for those staying more than one night.
