Embassy Suites by Hilton at Hot Springs Convention Center

10/10 Excellent

"The evening mgr HH was a warm welcome after a long drive, and almost everyone staying there participated in the free drinks and snacks. The workout room has some top end treadmills. The pool room was overly hot and humid, but the cool water was a good balance. One of the three elevators stopped working the evening we were there, and lasted through the next busy morning, which made breakfast and checkout time a bit more challenging getting to and from our room. The two queen room was spacious and clean to our expectations. The breakfast was really good, but it got busy at times. Luckily we didn't want a made to order omlet, as there was a constant long line for those. Overall, we'd definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Hot Springs."

"The hotel was nice. The room was nice. The staff was nice. I like the location. I like the free shuttle service. I did not like the breakfast. It did not look like nothing. It should have been free. It looked ridiculous. We went to I Hop. Overall it was a nice hotel with friendly people. If I were to go back. I would stay there again. "

"The hotel was easy to find and the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman running the desk at night. We found a sweatshirt in our closet the first night and were moved to a new room as cleanliness could not be guaranteed. Next room was great! The pool was nice and used each night - by the end of the week it was starting to get pretty cloudy, though. The tub in my friend's room drained really slowly and it was reported to the receptionist upon checkout. The hot breakfast had a nice variety with a different menu on the weekend. Overall, it was a nice stay with minor inconveniences."

"We always book our stay here when we travel to Hot Springs AR. The rooms are always clean, bath, kitchen and balcony. The lake view watching the sun set and rise is breathtaking with balcony view. You will truly love your stay here."

"The room was clean and had updated fixtures and furniture, and just looked really nice! We needed a room with an accessible tub (bars to grab on to and a seat in the tub) but the room also had a little workout area in it. It’s called 5 feet of fitness (something new they are trying out I think). Cool idea! There was an exercise bike and weighted balls and a TV screen to lead your workouts."

"I cant speak more highly of my stay! The staff was ALL phenomenal & were all so kind & made sure we had what we needed. Very clean & great quality of everything! I come see my family frequently & I will stay here everytime i come & brag this place up. Everyone should treat people like this staff does. Thanks yall."

"The hotel is historic and being renovated so I was looking forward to a new fresh room to spend my birthday in. The room I got smelled moldy and the king size bed sagged in the middle like a bowl. The door was so hard to open I has to push it in and it made a loud noise. I was on the 10th floor there are no cameras in the halls and the place seemed super creepy. The bathroom was small and the shower I was not inviting. The view was great though I enjoyed watching the storm."
