“angepriesenes WLAN existiere, man gab uns aber nie ein Passwort. Gebuchte Zimmer waren nicht vorhanden, wir mussten am Ende drauf zahlen. “When I arrived, I was told I have a separate room from my husband. They then gave us a room where the sink was broken and water was licking on the floor. After complaining they moved us to a dirty room which was not cleaned and the toilet drainage smells. Wi-Fi connection was on and off throughout. No communication or update from staff.
