Our stay was amazing! It was great to be able to park at the hotel and walk to the village. Overall, location is fantastic. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back!
Welcoming reception, very clean facility and rooms had modern touches like USB/C charging outlets, coffee (Keurig style). Older facility with some dated feel/vibe, but charming. Location was a plus with short walking distance to restaurants, shuttles, etc. Staff at check-in and check-out very helpful and professional/welcoming.
Great location within the center of town. Staff was very efficient. Water bottle refill station in the the lobby was a great amenity. The room was clean with comfortable beds, although a little warm, but the fan provided made it fine for sleeping.
My husband and I hadn’t been to Mammoth in over 15 years and stopped on our way to a wedding in Lake Tahoe. I booked this hotel because of its price and proximity to the Village. We were both so pleasantly surprised how clean and nice the room was. Old school vibes with the decor. There was a fireplace in the room. The bathroom sink was funky as it was very low, but it worked. The staff were so friendly and helpful with suggestions. The Clocktower bar is connected to the building and we visited there twice. Great dive bar atmosphere with the largest variety of alcohol types we’ve seen. From Whiskey to Tequila to Vodka there was an enormous choice. There is no doubt we would stay here again.
The property is clean in the location is ideal just steps from the shuttle to take you up the mountain. The only downside is the Jacuzzi hot tub is a bit long in the tooth and its indoor location isn’t ideal but other than that, it’s a great place to stay.
Perfect location, easy access to the village and the free ski bus to get to the top of the mountain easy access in and out especially for the rooms where you can park your car right outside, great deal easy stuff awesome place for kids to run free and not a big deal if the walls get scuffed highly recommend this place, particularly in shoulder seasons when it’s not crowded
Great location. The village gondola is right across the street, as are shops and restaurants.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Amenities
The one thing I truly appreciated was a staff. They were awesome. It’s the fact that we were staying there for two days and they have construction going on both sides of the hotel very noisy. One of the constructions was right next to the pool so the crew of the construction can look down on you if you were swimming or wanting to swim, I was looking so forward to that couldn’t even get in the pool because of that fact that was the only thing that really bothered us
Good room with a great location next to the gondolas and bus ride.

Location! Location! Location! The hotel is a bit dated, but the staff was friendly, the bar was fun and the walk to the village and gondola was a breeze!
