The cabin was perfect for seven guests (could have comfortably fit more). The amenities and appliances were top notch. The place was clean, warm, no signs of wear and tear and better than expected. All guests were very happy with the place and we would certainly stay here again.

A Weekend Getaway Gone Bad

We were looking forward to our weekend getaway in Mammoth, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. We accidentally checked in early and, while that was our mistake, the property owner gave us an unnecessarily harsh lecture about it. The home itself was poorly maintained – toilets were running, windows wouldn’t open, some wood was damaged, and the oven wasn’t functioning. We requested a late checkout, which was granted, but on the morning of our departure, the owner called and yelled at us for still being at the property, despite the late checkout approval. When we tried to explain that the maintenance technician had granted us permission, he rudely told us to stop talking. Being yelled at by a complete stranger made this a very unpleasant experience. Definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here.

5-Star Vacation Rental with Unbeatable Location at Mammoth Mountain

Our stay at this vacation rental was nothing short of amazing! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the Village and the gondola. Being so close to everything made it incredibly convenient to enjoy dining, shopping, and getting straight to the slopes without any hassle.The property itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking essentials, which made it easy to prepare meals and enjoy cozy nights in. The bedding was wonderfully comfortable, ensuring we got a great night’s sleep after busy days.Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the hosts were fantastic—responsive, helpful, and clearly invested in making our stay enjoyable. Their communication made everything effortless.Overall, this rental combines an ideal location with exceptional comfort and convenience. If you’re planning a trip to Mammoth Mountain, this is the perfect place to stay. We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful Home and Great Location

Beautiful home and great location. Two garage spots that can easily park two large SUV (we had Jeep Wagoneer) which was perfect with the storm. Owners and property manager were responsive and kind. Easy access to the village, the red line stop, village gondola for Canyon Lodge by foot-10 minutes. 5 min drive to old town and grocery store. 10 to 15 min drive or red line shuttle to the Adventure Park and main lodge. They provide detailed directions and I’d read all carefully as they provide information to help throughout the stay. There were a few bumps, not uncommon with any rental but they both owner and house manager reached out and made sure we were comfortable.We would stay again Was great for our family trip with ages 7-60.

Easter Vacation

House was beautiful but furniture and carpet felt dirty. Pillows were very uncomfortable and smelt dirty. No hot water in the downstairs showers so my family took cold showers. I told the owner and all he did was apologize and didn’t think to give me a discount. Other than that we enjoyed the snow and looking at it through the windows. I’ve stayed in this community before and wouldn’t go back to #6.
