pull out couch offering additional sleeping accommodations). A private, upper
deck offers some outdoor space. On the lower level are the two bedrooms, the
primary suite features a King bed, large flatscreen TV and en-suite bathroom
with tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed with a loft
Twin bed on top, plus an additional twin trundle pull out, large flatscreen TV
and access to a shared bathroom in the hall with a tub-shower combo. Mammoth
Estates offers a community year-round hot tub, outdoor Pool (Summer only),
Sauna, recreation room with ping pong and a pool table, paid laundry
facilities on-site, and public BBQ grill (Summer only). All guests receive
