New Stainless appliances, large leather sofa and Beautiful Views. NO RESORT FEE. High Def Cable and Internet. New 55" ROKU TV and Bose' Bluetooth soundbar!

EAGLE EXPRESS LIFT CHAIR 15 (located next to our condo) usually operates from MID DECEMBER and shuts down for the season MID APRIL (this is dependent on snowfall) and the date will be announced when dates are set for the season.
Just take your skis/board from the guest locker room and step onto the slope. And when you are finished for the day.......Just ski right back to your door.

It is 1 bedroom 1 bath same view perfect for extended families or friends.

Prior to Eagle Express and Canyon ski lifts opening in mid Dec., mountain access is at Main Lodge or the Mill.

EXPERIENCE THE BEST OF EVERYTHING!
The unit was completely remodeled - offering a fully equipped kitchen (NEW STAINLESS APPLIANCES ) and a separate area for relaxation and entertaining. The living area offers a gas fireplace, and seating for up to six adults on a top grade leather sofa. The sofa folds out to a comfortable queen bed (new 2020 memory foam mattress on sofa bed). A large flat screen HDTV and DVD/CD/IPOD entertainment center makes this the perfect place to relax. Glass doors lead to a private balcony with seating to enjoy the views of the mountain. The Master Bedroom features a deluxe King bed with a luxurious Foam mattress, fine linens and feather pillows. A flat screen TV with smart DVD player. The bathroom has been remodeled with travertine and features a deep tub and shower with granite counter top and private label premium spa bath essentials.
You will have key card access to heated underground parking from check in - check out.
This condo does NOT have AIR CONDITIONING. There is air conditioning throughout the common areas of the complex.

Mammoth is a mecca for those that love mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding, boating and fly fishing, as well as, skiing and snowboarding. Mammoth is truly a four season resort.

My wife & I love Mammoth Lakes and the beauty of the surrounding area. This condo is conveniently located with easy access to lakes, trails, restaurants and Mammoth Mountain!

Just as advertised!

We truly enjoyed our first visit to Mammoth Lakes and loved staying at this condo unit. It was wonderful to wake up in the morning and look out over the mountains (right from bed!) and spend evenings in the hot tub looking at the Mammoth stars. It is excellent proximity to town and close to all attractions. It is also just 45 minutes from the entrance to Tioga Pass (road to Yosemite). Thank you for opening your home to us and allowing us to make wonderful memories with our family.

Ski in/ski out for real!

This property is amazing. It is as advertised and super convenient if you want to ski Mammoth Mountain. The ski in and ski out convenience is second to none. You literally take an elevator downstairs, grab your skis from the unit’s assigned locker, walk 20 feet and put your skis on and you are ready to go. Once you have your skis on, it is a few hundred yards down the hill to the eagle ski lift. Incredible! My kids had a great time sledding in the backyard and going to the pool and Jacuzzi as well. Both were nicely heated for the winter months.

The actual condo and the owners were very good. But be aware of some other guests in this upscale property as they can be very rude. Some other guests here seem to very well off and can treat you in a condescending manner. This is a big trade off. You stay in an upscale resort but will run into other people who treat you with disrespect due to their own sense of self importance.

Absolutely divine in every way

Loved every aspect of this place! Traveling with 2 toddlers, we wanted a close location to the slopes. Location CANNOT be beat! 2 minutes walking distance to Eagle Lodge (with toddlers, 10 min :/), locker room for gear on property that walks out onto the slopes for ski-in-ski-out, underground parking that keeps your car toasty.... Owners were super responsive to inquiry and very kind. Unit was comfortably furnished. We had breakfast, went onto the slopes, returned for lunch (so much better than the mediocre lodge fare!), then went out again for the afternoon. Kids loved the surrounding property for sledding and making snowman. We can't imaging doing Mammoth any other way now, so we'll be back!

Great condo for hiking trip!

Sunstone 328 is a well maintained and updated one bedroom condo in the Juniper Springs resort. The owners' communication and instructions were thorough and super helpful. The king bed was comfortable, the bathroom had great water pressure, the kitchen had nice amenities and the living/dining area was perfect! (The take and replace wine cabinet was a wonderful luxury after a tough first day of travel!) We used the laundry facilities and the parking garage, both of which were in the building. Mammoth had lots of good restaurants and stores for groceries and trail supplies. We chose this location to take some acclimatizing hikes before my husband set off on the JMT, and it was perfect for our needs!

This is a great location. We did not visit during ski season, but there is a lift right out the door. It was clean, easy to check in and well stocked with all the necessities.

Perfect for ski condo

The location is fantastic. It was so easy to get on/off the slope. The lift is right there! The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. I enjoyed watching the lift from the room. Kerry was friendly and even gave me a great advice on local ski shop. I would love to come back!

Wonderful condo and great hosts

Love Kerry & Guy's unit. We have rented a lot of different condos in Mammoth area. The location is much quieter than the village or Juniper. The unit is nicely updated, clean & well furnished. No pets allowed is a huge plus for our allergies. Really appreciate the nicely equipped kitchen and new appliances. The foam mattress is super comfortable & supportive. Moving this to the top of our list for places to stay in Mammoth.Thanks to the hosts for all the wonderuflly little touches.

We got lucky and stayed over thanksgiving when Mammoth got an early surprise snow storm. The owners gave us a heads up that the lift next door was opening early, which we really appreciated. Having the lift right outside is awesome.

Our Hiking base camp!

We stayed for the second time at Kerry and Guy’s wonderful condo in Mammoth the! This home is perfect for a couple - clean, comfortable king bed, an abundance of plush towels, fantastic water pressure in shower and a large soaking tub! Check in and communication is clear and easy to follow. We enjoyed being able to use the pool, hot tub and the laundry room (please note that the laundry room is now operated with a mobile app and no longer takes coins). Another great trip!
