Sunshine Village 167

Spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo located at Sunshine Village in Mammoth Lakes, near the Sierra Star Golf Course and shuttle route to Eagle Lodge. Sleeps up to 6 guests and is approximately 1,100 sq. ft.

This ground-floor unit is all on one level for easy access. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds. The second bathroom is located in the hall and includes a shower/tub combo with a separate vanity area.

The open living area includes a flat-screen Smart TV, Wi-Fi, a wood-burning stove (wood provided), and comfortable seating. The fully equipped kitchen has all major appliances, cookware, and dishware, with the dining area providing seating for family meals. Two outdoor parking spaces are included.

Guests enjoy access to Sunshine Village's community amenities, including a recreation room with billiards, ping pong, and video games, as well as a year-round spa and sauna, heated summer pool, BBQ areas, and tennis court. Laundry facilities are available on-site with QR code instructions on the machines.

The condo is nicely furnished and decorated. The couches and all the beds were comfortable. The cable TV was nice during the Olympics. We spent some extra hours there during the February mega-storm.Host communications were friendly and efficient. A heads-up for the cleaning crew: the bucket for ashes from the wood burning stove was full to the brim and we didn't try to dump it ourselves due to heavy snowfall and strong winds during the storm.A good stay!

Comfortable apartment, very nice location and easy parking. Enjoyed extra plugs and USB ports. Unfortunately very low light in bathrooms and kitchen, and water pressure in showers poor. Master shower little more than a mist and shower head in guest bath so low I hit my head against it a number of times.

Good location, clean, needs updating

Pros: Short drive to lodges. Spacious and comfortable. Easy to access - you park right in front. Large leather couches. Cons: TV is tiny (30"?) and bathrooms are carpeted. Couldn't get the fireplace door to close. Many of the plates are chipped. Random assortment of dishes and silverware. Floors are very creaky and someone was staying in the unit above and it was quite loud.

Renovation Upgrades

Hello, thanks for the rent, i just wanted to make a constructive opinion on the place, i believe it needs a remodel, kitchen, knifes, forks, spoons, pots and pans, it had the left over utensils from upgrading other homes, it would be nicer with ceramic floors than carpet all around the condo, it is close to the mountain a 18 minute drive, thanks again, but for the price paid it would have been nice a better kitchen appliances etc, we saw the next door condo and it was remodoled,

Great Location

Great location with a shuttle stop outside the community. We had a great time with plenty of room and took the shuttle to/from the slopes every day. The floors are a bit creaky, but otherwise a solid place.
