Hotel, Spa, Nightclub! The hotel was great, clean and convenient but not quite in the best area. This is quite a party place, three nightclubs, big spa and further bars. The gym had oldish facilities and the food prepared in a slightly different area. Plated breakfast rather than a buffet!

I requested additional water bottles besides 2 in the room and was told, you must pay. There was no other drinking water at the property or in the room. It was unbelievable that this property charges for water bottles or expects guests to have a thirsty stay :(

A pleasant stay at the Meshal Hotel - check-in and out were speedy and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a decent size, clean and a comfortable bed.

Avoid this hotel

Noisy hotel, with noisy guests and strange people coming in and out of the hotel rooms at night. Booked by mistake a room for smokers and was told that there were no more rooms to accommodate us. When asking the staff to request other guests to lower the noise at midnight, they were not only unresponsive but even suggested we were making up a story because there was no noise. Avoid at all costs.

Very good value for the money hotel - gr8 location

A good value for the money hotel - nice big room and nice lobby. In a very good location - near the avenues mall and the national museum. Abed el rachman and his indian colleague were very nice in everything we asked and also let us check out a bit late

Terrible cleanliness. Bed bugs. Dirty sheets and towels. Kettle had mould growing on the inside. TV doesn’t work. Gym smells like a dead rat. Residential area, so not much around. Hotel is in disrepair. Don’t stay here.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, especially the reception staff! A lovely hotel with a delicious breakfast! Run vnry efficiehtly, the hotel is one of the best I've stayed in during my visits to Bahrain!

An almost new hotel that dissapoints

A very new hotel, but with dated futures and not quite what I would have expected. Nice Entry area& good room size, but on the downside the overall housekeeping should be much higher than found. Public areas & elevators seem like several years old, with visible QC problems when it come to cleaning. Interior in rooms seems of dated design, even though it was high end on the electrics?? Chair being damaged already, armchair polstering having seen better days & the wardrobe sliding cover not working. The bed was quite hard & not of a devcent quality for a 4 star hotel. The Breakfast area is part of the Cafe, which somehow seems forgotten in the design of the Hotel. Friendly Staff and very helpfull, but I think I would be looking for a different hotel next time.

Pros: Hotel is clean. Rooms are new and updated. Inexpensive. Cons: The lighting was hard to figure out. Coffee shop in lobby has limited menu. And hotel is in the middle of nowhere. There is absolutely nothing in vicinity. Staff isn't very communicative. They couldn't answer basic questions. If you want to take a jacuzzi or sauna, make sure you ask several hours in advance. It takes a long time for it to warm up.

Issues with the air system - I got sick

The hotel needs to inspect their rooms air ducts and a quality check for the air system in general. I got sick after spending 2 nights and everytime I turn the AC on my allergies start acting up. The bathroom and the shower wasn’t cleaned well and it was tiny to even more around the shower. Bed was hard and needs to be more comfortable. I still don’t get why a 4 star hotel will charge you almost 3$ just to deliver a bucket of ice to your room. It’s not a good look and I won’t stay there again for sure. The hotel has potentials to improve and become better in its category.
