"Clean, well stocked kitchen, nice towels, appliances. Loved the outdoor seating facing the bay, very relaxing and private. The beach access is for beach walking only, not spending time at the beach. Englewood beach has increased parking spaces, and not currently charging, so that was nice. Wish we could have stayed lionger!"

"DON’T HESITATE! Impeccably clean, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and the perfect location with the Bay in your backyard and the beach across the street…LOVE LOVE LOVE! It’s everything you hope for when you rent.We grabbed our coffee and enjoyed front row seats to the most beautiful sunrises right from the dock (we may or may not have found ourselves going from coffee straight into fishing-in our pajamas). The manager/owners were very welcoming and happy to answer questions. They really want your stay to be wonderful. We took their recommendations for dinner and breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. Highly, HIGHLY recommend! "We had an absolutely incredible stay at Coco Bungalow. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property is brand new, spotless, and beautifully designed—every single detail has clearly been thought through with care.The heated pool was amazing, and having access to bicycles, beach chairs, and plenty of towels (including beach towels) made everything so easy and enjoyable. It truly felt like everything we could possibly need was already there.The location is unbeatable—literally about 30 seconds to the beach. You cannot ask for better access.The host was fantastic as well—super helpful, responsive, and made check-in completely seamless. Just amazing!We loved it so much that we are already talking about becoming snowbirds here. That says everything. Do not hesitate to book—this place is exceptional."

"Our stay was wonderful. Host was great with communication. This was an upstairs unit so the view of the bay was spectacular. Walk to the beach was a bit of a hike and during high tide was challenging to navigate down and around the rocks. The beach was shark teeth heaven the search was amazing… we found hundreds of shark teeth. Beach chairs and umbrella provided was brand new. House decor, furniture and supplies were all new and in good condition. "

Examples: polyester bed sheets; bath towels with bleach spots/stains; no beach cooler provided; no beach umbrella provided (and zero shade on the beach); no beach wagon provided; parking onsite is tight, is for one vehicle only, and overflow parking lot is 4 properties away. "
