Great location, excellent staffs, fantastic restaurant and reasonable pricing...so lucky we changed our plan the last minute that we decide to stay with Villa Amazonia in Manaus to refresh up after leaving the jungle. The hotel is an oasis and a hidden gem. Minors: wifi a little bit slow.」

「It’s an antique! We knew that before coming here and we loved that it looked like a little museum. However we were not expecting having to go up and down the narrow stairs all the time. Be careful when carrying luggage and after the rain!」

「Our family really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Casa dos Frades — the staff were kind and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable though lighting could be improved. The location is great, close to restaurants and attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Breakfast was good with quality food, though a bit more variety would make it even better.」

「On avait pris 2 chambres. Dans l'1, le pommeau de douche était noir de moisissures , douche et chambre sale . Dans l'autre, le pommeau de douche était cassé. On n'a pas prendre de douche qui était sale comme la chambre. Nous sommes retournés ds cet hôtel 4 jours après, les chambres et douches étaient propres」

「Frente do hotel lamentavel de tanta sujeita ! Corredores, escadas bem sujos, pinturas velhas, sem condições de higiene, acessibilidade com malas pesadas pessimo ! Quarto com fronhas de travesseiros com marcas de uso e sujos, banheiro com pessimas condicoes de higiene ! Ambiente com odor forte ! Nao consigo ver 1 ponto positivo! Alem de tudo, no final quiseram cobrar meia estadia pq atrasei 8 minutos ! Isso pq uber pegou transito ! Lamentavel que ainda eoxista hotel desse nivel 」

「There are blood stains on my bed sheet. The restaurant crossed the hotel are crazy They play dance and loud music from 0500-1100pm every day. It is just not a good place to rest.」

「Our main complaint was the food. They serve an "international" menu for dinner, which is great, but the chef seems to be guessing what those dishes are supposed to be. Pizza was completely inedible (zero sauce, a too thick covering of some sort of cheese on a crust made of scone mix), lasagna was clearly frozen then microwaved, and fries that were somehow damp. I had visions of Dave Ramsey yelling at the kitchen staff. Apart from the food, everything was adequate. They didn't have blankets in...

「Selected for convenience for a late night flight arrival. Considering late check ins are common, perhaps this could be speeded up a little as everyone is very tired! Staff not the friendliest but this is a high turnover hotel so understandable. Otherwise exactly what was needed for the situation. Price of mineral water a little unreasonable.」
