The setting was just perfect. The view was fantastic of the cove and beautiful surrounding landscape. The house was charming and inviting. We loved the patio with the firepit. The primary bedroom was lovely and spacious. The living room, with fireplace, offered an inviting space for relaxing. The kitchen was well-laid out. It did lack items that would have made cooking easier and more feasible: measuring cup, sharp knives, at least one large pot, and some food storage containers would have helped.

Great cottage right by the water. Spectacular views and perfect for a small family. Train is close to the house and a bit loud, but we knew that when booking. A little cleaning would go a long way (vacuum the dead bugs from the windowsills, make sure the coffee pot doesn't have old coffee in it, etc).
