Great value

Lovely building in a great location. Staff were very friendly. The apartment was clean and tidy with plenty of space. It was a bit of a disappointment that one of the rooms had 2 singles and not a double, however overall I would say we were very happy with our stay.

Tired but functional.

Overnight stay on works do. Tired and needs updating. Bed is in attic room and at the top of some steepish stairs. Was worried about possibly falling down when I got out of bed.

The apartment was well situated in the city for my work - staff were great when I booked in - my only frustration was the noise at night - the apartments overlooking the street and bars are not noise free and expect a disruptive sleep Apartment Good - Staff Friendly - Food Value

Det positive fyrst: Beliggenhet er bra i forhold til Arendale senteret og Nasjonalt fotballmuseum og diverse restauranter, servceringsstader m.v. Prisen er relativt rimeleg. Reinhald ok. Det skuffande er at når ein har 3 store vindusflater direkte mot Printworks (nokså støyande utestad), så er det eine vinduet ikkje mogleg å lukke heilt. Dvs. at det vart ikkje skikkeleg varme i stova/kjøkkenet og all støyen utanfrå kom rett inn :-( Det virker som om etablissementet er i fritt forfall. Det lekker frå badekaret, frysen i kjøleskapet er FULLT av is, så det er heilt ubrukeleg, ventilasjonen virker ikkje og ovnene gav ingen varme (ref. opent vindu :-/). Det gode var at soveromma var innanfor stova/kjøkkenet, så alt bråket utanfrå vart ikkje høyrbart derifrå :-) Eg kjem ikkje til å bestille der igjen.

Very worn, mainly the bathroom. Paid for the more “luxury” room would hate to think of the condition of the cheaper one. Pictures are deceiving. Staff are rude, way to rude and also deposit price very high. Was same price as the room.

The property is ideally located for Manchester City centre attractions.However you will pay a heavy price in the apartments being right next to very loud bars that go on until the early hours. The noise is incredible and didn’t stop until 7am. The building itself is in desperate need of a refurb the rooms are very tired looking. This venue is really tailored to Hen and Stag do parties who neither want to sleep or are really bothered what the decor is. If you are thinking of booking here as a family or with young children just don’t.

It is okay for a budget stay. The shower was broken. The bath did not have bath mat so very slippery easy to fall. The wifi is very very slow needs upgrading. No smoking inside signs needs to put all over . But saying all this it is a nice place if you are on a budget. It was not whst i wanted. But for one night was very good.

Awful

This place was not as advertised and absolutely stunk of cigerettes and alcohol. My first room was dirty and I found empty drug bags down the toilet. I complained and was given another apartment which still smelt but was better. The bed was like sleeping on a rock and my bedroom window was broken so I couldn't shut it the street noise was unbearable awful plane would never return. Only upside was the lady who checked us in was lovely and provided a high level of service.

Needs refurbishing

There was a sewage smell in the en-suite which smelt awful. Toilet roll holder and plug sockets were hanging off the walls. Holes in walls which could easily be filled in. Hairs in the bathroom. Beds very uncomfortable and the walk in shower flooded the whole bathroom my friend nearly had a bad fall. Wouldn’t stay here again. Not worth the money!! Very disappointed should have taken more photos
