Arrived at 11:30pm. Front desk is closed with instructions to Dial 0 on the phone for staff. Phone rang for 20 minutes. No response. After 10 minutes I called the number on my confirmation email on my cellphone and got the national reservations desk. They called the hotel. No response. They called the emergency number for the general manager. Three times. No response. I started rattling the security gate on the front desk trying to wake up the staff. Loudly. 5 minutes later the night manager arrived. My call on the front desk phone is still ringing. Night manager tells me his work phone has not been called all night.
Finally got to my room. They fridge is filled with food left by the previous guest. Moldy pizza.
