Newly renovated apartment, situated on one of the most beautiful tree lined residential roads in Prestwich, dedicated work area 4k smart TV, free streaming services, beautiful views, 3 Miles to Mcr City Centre, 200Mtr to buses, 10 Minute walk to Tram, J17 Motorway 1 Mile away.

Prestwich has good mix of bars, restaurants, shops, M&S, Tescoand Aldi, Costa Coffee all short walk away. No.8 backs onto Prestwich Flower Gardens, leading to Prestwich Clough& Forest. Truly peaceful, with everything to offer within walking distance.

If your going to one of Manchesters many arenas or venues like Old Trafford, The Etiad, the Tram is a short walk with routes all around the city, Prestwich is also starting a £100M redevelopment, so I expect more on offer to guests
