Great place to stay!

Was a nice experience. When i told a friend i was going there, they did its lovely inside and it really was. Staff team were great. I left my card to enter the room at s friends and in quick time I was given a new one. Swift and prompt. Great transport link in walking distance and shops too

Fantastic location and hotel

The hotel is in a fantastic location to go to Manchester city centre or stay in Salford. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was also very clean, depsite the faint smell of cleaning chemicals, we knew it was thoroughly cleaned.

Definitely our new cricket visits hotel

Lovely hotel. We stayed in a very spacious suite, both clean & comfortable. Staff were extremely polite & efficient, even when busy, found time to be attentive. We were there to watch The Hundred at Old Trafford Cricket Ground & the hotel couldn't have been in a better location, literally a 10min walk down the same street! Think we've found our new go to hotel. Very happy all round.

Out of the blue stay at this hotel

Great staff very happy to stay there again the room was a great size also clean the only downside was the WiFi code to connect didn’t work apart from we like it very much

Good experience at Trafford hotel

Loved and central hotel suited to our needs. Hotel room was spacious and clean. Only downside for me personally was the room facing main road thus traffic in early morning was disturbing but thats just me as a light sleeper. Breakfast was buffet style and okay. Otherwise good experience

Crappy drug smelling hotel.

I have been complaining about crappy room and drugs in hotel. You have told me adamantly no refund for me even though im a bloody good customer. Shockinh behaviour. You all need training. I have yet even more today just look at my Account. And you treat me like im a nothing customer and you can just treat me like crap. Read the messages. Absolute embarrassment of a company. Like i said i think hotel.com staff may need some training.

The pictures of the hotel is totally opposite of what it looks like. It's a reap off. The worst place i ever stayed in my life. The owners needs to seriously fix the place or charge £20 per night.

Stayed in the cottage area of the hotel in a separate building. The place was uncomfortably warm and had to open all the windows even during the night. Which, being so close to a tram line was incredible noisy. Walls were paper thin and could hear other guests in rooms adjacent. Staff were lovely and friendly

Lovely Stay

1. Mattress was quite hard and uncomfortable. 2. Could have done with 2 chairs in the room. Felt the room was spacious, clean and quite equipped and peaceful. Breakfast was delicious could do with more choice for continental breakfast for example Weetabix, fruit yogurt, nutella as well as scrambled egg option and omelette option.
