“guarded property met my expectations with the provided photos. nice pools, i reached out to the expedia whatsapp number a few days prior to check in.They stated just go to reception and show my id. i was under the impression check in desk would be aware of my Expedia reservation. Concerns were not enough towel bars especially there were 5 people in my party, hooks for clothes, glass toilet paper roll cover keeps dropping & there were many mini ants. Great shower heads but the glass partition was short it gets the floor wet. It needed a foot wider.”

“We absolutely loved this condo. It was the first time staying in Lapu-Lapu. We were here for a month. The traffic was probably the only downfall, but once we were back on property we loved the resort feel.John and Rhoda were amazing. John was easily available via mobile and very quick in responding to all communications.The condo was lovely and having access to resort amenities was definitely something we took advantage of with our 9 year old grandson!We arrived from USA at 1am and we checked in……

“We couldn’t find Duros Apartment but found that it is inside Padgett Place after going to and fro along Molave. Expedia could have mentioned that when booking unless they didn’t know either. The apartment with two bedrooms and bathrooms is good , spacious but the kitchen was lacking utensils (set of fork, knives, plates, etc.) and we couldn’t toast our bread slices. It should have, at the very least, basic salt, pepper, sugar and coffee granules. There should also be a dish rack and dish……

“Great location close to the airport, 8 minutes max. The building and Room were excellent for the price, spacious living area and bathroom, hot shower, comfy bed, very clean, water dispenser and cooking facilities, cold aircon. Coupla minutes walk to 2 malls and eateries. Expedia stuffed up my Booking but the owner/ manager Rea resolved it in a few minutes, even upgraded our room, would definitely recommend and stay here again. ”

"此次入住很有驚喜，酒店雖然有歷史感，但是保養得很不錯。無論是房間還是酒店內的設備，看得出有翻新保養。很整潔，服務人員面帶微笑，是休養身心的好地方。餐廳出品也不錯，唯一就是酒店地址位置處於很裡面的位置，不容易叫Grab。不過有機場穿梭巴士這點還是挺好的。"

"The environment is nice but the PR Manager was the worst I have ever experienced throughout my extensive travel experiences in various countries. The booking staff need to level up the knowledge in water sports. If the facility is offered by the hotel, blaming on the tide for kayak is irrelevant because of misinformation. People plan ahead not find ad hoc taxi drivers for alternatives. But going outside is the same for water sports due to location and this resort is awesome for family but not solo travellers. Its a pity if they have the resource but not experienced staffs. "
