A/C didnt work in the first room. In the new room it was great. I extended the stay and explained I would be having an additional guest. Ater they arrived I was told there was an additional 500 php per day charged for the additional guest. We ordered room service and they kept leaving the dirty plates in th w room, despite stopping at the front desk and asking for someone to come take them. The housekeepi g never made the beds or changed the sheets and I had to go to request fresh towels. The staff wereall polite, but the followthriugh needs work. Often I would call the front desk with a request only to have to walk down later to get someone to follow up. The rol. Was booked for 5. We git 2 compli.entary breakfast and 2 bottles of water. All other refreshments could be cgarged to the room. My suggestion is download the grab app and have food delivered. There us a waterpark next door. The large slides and wavepool were out if servIce. This hotel is not near anything. You will have to take a Grab. Personally I would not recommend thus hotel for more than a day or two. You are better off spending 2x the price because you will wind up spending it on transportation as well as wasting time waiting for the ride.
