I welcome you in a bright terraced house for 4 people in Californian style, located in a closed residential complex with caretaker, in the middle of a magnificent 150 ha domain adjoining the Estérel park. You have a very large swimming pool in the middle of nature and away from the houses, numerous tennis courts, 2 exits from the residence: - 1 city center with all shops, hypermarket and motorway access
- 2 port of La Rague and beaches and wild coves of the Estérel massif
Departure of hiking and mountain biking trails from the house.



House of 60 m2 facing south, air-conditioned for 4 people

- Large 30 m2 terrace with beautiful garden furniture and electric awning.

- Large living room with new convertible sofa for 2 people:
  Big screen TV, internet, DVD, HIFI.

- Semi-open fitted kitchen:
  microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, ceramic hob and microwave and fan oven.

- 1 bedroom opening onto the terrace with 2 single beds, possibility of bringing them together to make a large double bed 160 cm wide.

- 1 bathroom with bathtub.

- 1 separate toilet.

-1 Large swimming pool to share 12m X 24m + small pool (open from June to September)

Ganz besonders toll ist der Ausblick auf das Meer. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern und Radfahren ein. Zum Meer sind es mit dem Fahrrad nur 15 Minuten und ca 80 Höhenmeter.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, man hat alles, was man braucht. Der Ausblick aus allen Fenstern ist toll und ganz besonders der von der Terrasse mit Meerblick. Es war alles sehr sauber und die Anreise wurde von Patricia sehr gut erklärt.Einzig und allein die Silikonfugen im Badezimmer könnten mal eine Erneuerung gebrauchen.Ein wundervoller Aufenthalt!

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einem "Adlernest"

Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt sehr erholsam und schön. Der Pool in der Anlage war sensationell. Auch der empfohlene Strand hat uns sehr gefallen, jedoch war die dazu führende Privatstraße gesperrt. Die Küche könnte weniger "Hinterlassenschaften" der früheren Mieter gut vertragen. Man weiß nicht, wie alt diese sind, deshalb haben wir nichts davon benutzt. Die Terrasse ist traumhaft. Ansonsten war alles nahezu perfekt.

D'abord un grand merci à Mme Sabot pour son accueil, ses explications et ses conseils. La villa, très confortable, est située dans un superbe domaine boisé sur les hauteurs de Mandelieu. En VTTAE, nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accès direct aux différents sentiers et pistes de l'Estérel.

Magnifique

Lorsque vous arrivez à la villa vous avez une vue magnifique sur la baie de Cannes puis à l'intérieur depuis la terrasse une vue exceptionnelle sur les îles de Lérins et le massif de l'Estérel. L'endroit est très calme et reposant. L'intérieur de la villa est conforme aux photos de l'annonce. La cuisine est très bien équipée en électro-ménager et ustensiles de cuisine pour préparer de bons repas. Tous les produits de nettoyage sont fournis : lessive - tablettes de LV - papier wc etc... La propriétaire Patricia est très arrangeante, pleins de bons conseils et d'un contact facile et agréable. Elle met à votre disposition pour les loisirs : jeux de cartes, boules de pétanque, raquettes de tennis et de ping-pong. Super séjour, tout c'est très bien passé mais il a été difficile de quitter ce paysage merveilleux. J'espère pouvoir y revenir.

Un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cette charmante villa au calme et la vue imprenable sur les îles du Lerins. tout est réuni pour pour se reposer et profiter d'une superbe piscine ou calme et farniente sont de mises. Amazing property and superb host - Patricia

Stayed at this wonderful property for 2 weeks and wife and I fell in love with its location and stunning views. You will need a car but you are going to be nested in a national park 5 minutes drive from civilization. Patricia (host) was super attentive and responsive from pre booking to checking out. Her villa has all you need from AC to parking and more. The rooms are spacious and in a serene : quiet settings by. The domain has a great pool to do laps, tennis courts and access to hiking / biking trails. We could sing praises all day long about this place and are going to miss it !!! In essence, Patricia is awesome, her place has all you need, the location is unbelievable and the views of the mountains and sea view / islands breathtaking!!!

Traumblick

Ein sehr entspannter Aufenthalt in Patricias Haus in der Domaine Vielle Maures. Durch die Lage am Berg absolute Ruhe und ein traumhafter Ausblick auf das Mittelmeer und in das Esterel Gebirge, Die Terrasse ist praktisch das zweite Wohnzimmer. Im Haus selber, besonders in der Küche, fehlt es an nichts. Man muss sich nur bewusst sein, dass, bedingt durch die Lage, ohne Auto nichts geht. Patricia war eine aufmerksame Gastgeberin, Vielen Dank! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft an der Cote Azur

Die Domaine , ist ein sehr schön gelegene Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt abseits aller Trubel am Berg. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist beeindruckend. Wir hatten eine Weitsicht bis Cannes und die Berge. Mann kann hier viel Unternehmen zb wandern. Ohne Auto kann man allerdings nicht so viel machen. Die Restaurants und Einkaufen können nur mit dem Auto erledigt werden

Villa 99 Domaine de Maureville hameau des lauriers, Mandelieu

Die Villa ist sehr schön gelegen mit Blick von der Terrasse auf das Mittelmeer. Es war insgesamt sehr ruhig, so das wir uns gut erholen konnten. Spaziergänge, Tennis und Fahrten in andere Städte. Besonders auffallend fand ich die fürsorgliche Art der Vermieterin. Es war einfach alles vorhanden, was für den täglichen Bedarf so brauchte. Auch hat sie sich des öfteren gemeldet und gefragt, ob bei uns alles in Ordnung sei. Wir können sie als Vermieterin nur weiter empfehlen.

Belle vue et tout le confort

Location hors saison donc très calme, confort et facile d'accès à 10min de la mer et des commerces en voiture (indispensable). Belle vue sur la baie de mandelieu/theoule et apercu baie de Cannes. Propriétaire très réactive et disponible.

Tolle Terrasse

Das Highlight der Wohnung ist die grosse Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer und die Berge. Obwohl es sehr heiß war, konnten wir dank Markise jeden Nachmittag draußen sitzen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, wir haben jeden Tag gekocht und nichts vermisst. Patricia ist super nett und hilft bei allen Fragen. Die Domain ist etwas abseits vom Trubel gelegen, es war sehr ruhig und erholsam - wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Location très complète avecune très belle vue

Très agréable séjour chez Patricia. La climatisation dans la salle a été très appréciée. Le logement est vraiment très complet et Patricia donne plein de bons conseils sur les visites et activités à faire aux alentours. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique. Le seul point légèrement négatif est que la voiture est indispensable pour sortir de la résidence.
