Antony was exceptionally helpful - he recommended beaches, restaurants, rental companies; regularly checked in with how our stay was going, shared tea and cake with us, and drove us to and from the airport. The hotel was beautiful and very well maintained. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Would recommend!」
「I booked around 6pm and when I got there they didn’t have a room. I was told to look elsewhere for a room and on top of that, they said they wouldn’t give me a refund because it was booked through Hotels.com! What s terrible start. Ages later they went and got the cleaner, who was probably having dinner with her family at 8pm, to ‘prepare a room for me’ which was apparently ‘locked for next season’.
Appalling room condition. Very very outdated, damp walls smelled so intensely I couldn’t sleep...
「Tutto molto bello, ottimo servizio, personale più che gentile. Ma perché fare delle camere così MINUSCOLE in un hotel di lusso? Veramente l'unica nota dolente, non c'è neanche un armadio dove mettere i vestiti, solo degli appendini.
Per il resto una meraviglia」
