The villa is set out of town with no taxi services. The local area is limited with things to do. Good bud service to Salo and other places near by and less than €5. Car essential. Villa is clean and basic.

Summer Holiday

We went there with 6 adults and 3 small kids. Check-in/management: We could check in a bit earlier than the agreed check-in time. The manager was there to show us the house and explained everything to us. During our stay, we could reach out to him and he responded/helped us quickly. House: The house was very clean. With the floor cooling system, we could keep the temperature in the house low for the whole week even tough it was very hot outside. The kitchen has most of the equipmemt you need to cook/eat. There is a grill next to the pool area as well as a big table outside to eat next to the pool. The house has 2 parking spots inside the gate. If you need additional spots, you can park in front of the house. For the 3 kids, we recieved additional chairs and beds. Negative: The only negative point is the bathroom downstairs. Every time you need water (shower, toilet, sink) there is a really loud sound every 10 seconds which can easily weak up people sleeping next to the bathroom. We had a very pleasant stay at the house and would for sure recommend it to others.

Die Räume/Badezimmer waren alle sauber. Das untere Badezimmer war durch die Pumpe bei Benutzung sehr laut…was uns aber im Vorfeld erklärt wurde. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe vorhanden … auch fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Köchin, welche uns empfohlen wurde, ist sehr zu empfehlen. Der Pool war sauber und war auch schon beheizt. Diego hat uns alles gut erklärt und war auch immer ansprechbar.

La casa è esattamente come appare nelle foto: pulita, elegante, funzionale, organizzata molto bene e completa di tutto quello che può servire per un soggiorno di una settimana. Gli arredi sono nuovi e conservati molto bene. L'host è stato preciso, puntuale e molto disponibile nell'accoglierci, nello spiegarci il funzionamento della casa e anche nel darci una serie di suggerimenti utili di attività da fare nella zona e ristoranti dove cenare. Abbiamo anche avuto un piccolo problema, che l'host ha risolto con prontezza, disponibilità e rapidità. Siamo stati davvero molto bene, e consigliamo assolutamente un soggiorno a Villa Laura.

+ Gute Kommunikation Schöne, moderne Bäder und Küche Großer, sauberer Pool Ruhige Gegend Wäschekeller mit Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen Spielzeuge für Kinder im Keller - Als Bettdecken gab es nur dünne Laken, in der Nacht war uns allen kalt, sodass wir die Überwurfdecken auch nutzen mussten Nicht genügend funktionierende Liegen für 9 Personen (2 Liegen waren komplett kaputt, 3 Liegen konnte man nur ganz flach liegend benutzen) Im Badezimmer im Keller gibt es eine Pumpe, die das Wasser nach oben pumpt, diese ist sehr laut und springt beim Duschen alle 30 Sekunden bzw. nach jedem Spülen/Hände waschen an Der Pool war leider kalt, auf Nachfrage, ob man die Poolheizung anmachen könnte, hieß es, dass die Heizung erst Mitte September/Oktober angemacht wird - dann darf man nicht mit einem beheizten Pool und 25 Grad Garantie werben

Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder im Alter von 15 Monate, 4,8 und 12 Jahren und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort verbracht. Die Villa ist mit allem was man braucht gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Falls etwas nicht funktionierte war unserer Ansprechpartner gleich zur Stelle um die Beanstandung zu beheben. Die naheliegenden Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren sehr praktisch so das man täglich frische Waren einkaufen konnte. Auch unsere 2 kleinen Hunde waren kein Problem. Der Pool war das Highlight für die ganze Familie, da er groß genug war und eine angenehme Wassertemperatur hatte.Zum See waren es auch nur wenige Autominuten.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Laura war großartig!Wir hatten von Beginn an ein gutes Gefühl, da sich Diego viel Mühe gegeben hat unseren Aufenthalt perfekt zu machen. Er hat uns alles genau erklärt und die Villa sehr gut vorbereitet. Unsere Hunde konnten im Garten (komplett eingezäunt) toben während wir im Pool den Urlaub genossen haben. Die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und in einem gehobenen Zustand.

Rundum schön

Eine sehr schöne, saubere Unterkunft. Alles super unkompliziert. Einziger Haken: Grundausstattung wie zum Beispiel Gewürze, Öl, Spülmittel, Spülmaschinentabs waren nicht vorhanden. Supermarkt ist aber 3 Autominuten entfernt zum besorgen.

Tolle Villa, modernes Erd- und Obergeschoss. Schöner Pool und Garten. Die wichtigsten Utensilien sind vorhanden. Nur der Boiler im Keller ist sehr laut, wenn man oder Kinder nebenan schlafen. Ansonsten war alles sehr schön :

Sehr schöne Villa, sehr netter Gastgeber

Wir waren als Familie mit 7 Personen. Die Villa ist sehr schön und neuwertig, sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Der Pool und der Garten sind toll und war perfekt für uns als Familie mit kleinem Hund. Die untere Etage ist nicht ganz optimal, da dort das Bad über eine Pumpe läuft, welche nachts etwas störend ist, wenn das WC benutzt wird. Aber wir waren trotzdem rundum sehr zufrieden. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber Diego war sehr gut und der Empfang war sehr nett. Wir können uns vorstellen, die Villa in Zukunft wieder zu buchen.

Großes Haus

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Vor Ort war ein sehr netter Ansprechpartner, der uns eingewiesen hat und auch seine Erreichbarkeit war gut. Ich kann es weiterempfehlen.
