The town house was beautiful, clean room and they are good size with fans and aircons and the beds were so comfortable. 「The villa is nicely set out with a small kitchen aera. This included a small fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and crockery, cutlery and glassware. The bathroom was large with a spa bath. The bed was comfortable and the room had a TV. The villa had a great veranda where you can sit and take in the beautiful and peaceful surroundings. This property is worth the money.」

「Room not clean had to ask for towels and a flannel. The towels they gave us had a hole in one and the other was thin and frayed around the edges. Hot water in kitchen was like warm and had to boil the jug to do the dishes. Blanket for the bed had stains on it and we had constant noise from neighboring apartments at night and had to wear ear plugs to get any sleep.」

「On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.」
