The town house was beautiful, clean room and they are good size with fans and aircons and the beds were so comfortable. Was so happy that their was a pool we got to enjoy due to the hot weather in Brisbane. 10/10 😊 ”

“Just notice pillow cases didnt look fresh, a couple different hand strands on some.Taking bins out wasnt really necessary due to limited use of them so I felt bad for the environment plus doing that tasks felt like it shouldn't be a part of a process in the stay as thats a cleaners job. “On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.”
