It is new hotel, need improvement and staff has no experience, first day They charged me tourist fee, they didn’t gave me any receipt, when I checked out I have to pay again and I didn’t have any receipt to provide I paid. Briskly I paid twice tourist fee.

Very helpful and friendly staff Despite limited English, very willing to try to make things work (despite some initial confusion with Hotels.com booking not having come through to them)
