It was our worst nightmare experience!!! We arrived at Azure close to midnight, only to find out that nobody even the manager on call knows about our 10-day reservation made more than a month ago. We spent almost an hour calling Expedia, gave us a number to call but the issue was not resolved. Imagine us looking for place to stay in the middle of the night! We called Azure the next morning to talk to the administrator who did not know anything about our reservations. It was indeed very disastrous; never, never book any reservation at Azure to avoid our worst nightmare experience!!!

Terrible experience
The pictures looks really good but the experienced wasn't good at all. The owner is easy to talk to and very responsive with request but the property is not well maintained, there's a lot of maintenance needed, and there are cockroaches crawling. Though they were candid that normally the unit is only catered for 2, they are happy to accommodate a family of four with children using the thin mattress, we were not expecting the roaches. The SM is 10 minutes walk but very difficult to get a taxi/grab due to traffic. Over all not a very good experience.

Great owner but not so great manager
Apartment is pretty good value for money, but requires some investment - especially floor. Managers are very remote in their approach to customer and that spoils the overall experience as owner from Taiwan is trying his very best to work with customers

I’ll recommend it to some of my friends
I like the place I don’t mind staying again when I spend my next vacation my only problem the water heater keeps tripping I have to call the maintenance to reset it every day or every other day Maintenance said heater unit system needs to be replaced

My stay at Assure
Everything was ok other then no hot water. Wasn’t a deal breaker but having hot water is kind of important. Was missing a few kitchen items but I bought them and left it for the next guests.
