It is spacious and reasonably well equipped and has a large balcony where we spend a lot of our time with views of the complex’s pools and the beach. 2024 will be our 3rd year renting this apartment.”

“We stayed here for a few days in April. You get everything you need and is in the middle of the harbour. Parking is inhouse, it can be a bit complicated to find the way to the parking exit towarda the appartment.”

“Property well equipped,everything you need is there, nice large apartment, bedrooms are particularly spacious, and comfortable beds. You need a car for this complex as at least a mile walk into the port, ok for fit youngsters but as pensioners too hard for us, as all uphill, but we knew this prior to booking unfortunately all pools were closed due to a water shortage. One issue is there are no instructions in the apartment, and being English they would have been extremely useful, although……

Proprio très communicatif et aidant, même à distance. Il est primordial d’avoir une voiture car la côte est longue pour monter à pied. Appartement très propre à l’arrivée. Merci pour tout.”

“The property was clean and decorated with cute but not terribly comfortable IKEA furniture with the exception of the beds which were fairly comfortable. The view from the terrace was spectacular! The only (small) negatives were no toilet paper, kitchen paper towels or hand soap. Although not within the owner’s control, the construction of a new condo building across the street started at dawn and didn’t allow for vacation sleep ins. Our late August/early September stay was nevertheless……

“The condo was fairly easy to find and once we got our bearings, the location was great. The outdoor patio space is phenominal. Despite it being "coolish" (weather wise), it's the area where we spent the bulk of our time. Furniture in the condo is comfortable and the unit itself is laid out well containing all the needed amenities. The unit itself is very secure, consisting of an outer locked gate and then the front door (which consists of a tri bolt lock). Any and all queries to the owner……

“We would like to join the many positive comments left by other tenants. We experienced as very positive: 1) the accuracy in the VPRO description, and 2) the excellent written and verbal contacts with Tony Luelmo. We rented in October 2023 and as a result experienced two very minor mishaps: 1) the pool + surrounding area was closed (GOVERNMENT BAN on water consumption, whether in hotels, resorts or public showers on the beach etc). 2) due to the low position of the sun in October, using a parasol……

“Just spent 8 weeks at this lovely apartment. It has everything you need for a long stay, from plenty of bed linen to a fully equipped kitchen. The rooms are spacious with the lounge and master bedroom having the fantistic view. Check in was easy, being met by Agne who very kindly gave us lots of useful information about the area. The apartment is at the top of a hill, which we knew from the owner Jean Luc who advised us immediately after we booked. As two relatively fit 50 somethings we found……

“Everything was fabulous! The apartment is beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, the balcony is lovely - nothing not to like! The complex was cleaned every day and the location is perfect. An easy walk to Duquesa port, Sabinillas town and the castle area. Hopefully we can go back again next year!”

“Pasamos una estancia estupenda, el apartamento muy limpio y no faltaba ningún detalle, estaba muy bien equipado tanto en mobiliario como en electrodomésticos. Unas vistas maravillosas, en cuanto al propietario, ningún problema con él y rápido a la hora de comunicación al igual que con Valérie la mujer encargada del apartamento y muy agradable. En resumen, hemos estado genial en estas vacaciones, recomendado al 100%.”

“Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, die Aussicht ist phantastisch. Der Blick aus den Schlafzimmern ist jeden Morgen ein Erlebnis. Innerhalb von wenigen Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß den Strand - man muss allerdings eine Schnellstraße überqueren. Ist aber gut machbar. Absolute Empfehlung. Wenn wir wieder in die Gegend reisen würden wir die Wohnung wieder nehmen.”

“This was a simple clean low cost apartment with plenty of room, a kettle, a small cleaning pack and a balcony with a fantastic view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. ”

“I loved the location of the property as it was high up on a hill and the views of the sea are amazing and views of the mountains and the different villages and golf courses were fantastic. The staff were amazing and very nice and friendly! I particularly liked Victoria and Christian who both worked so hard and treated me like family! Kudos to them. I will definitely come back to stay at your hotel!”

“The hotel communal areas were clean. The apartment bedroom and bathroom were clean, although there was the common bad odour in the bathroom. The bedroom was very comfortable. The outside balcony was spacious and had nice patio chairs and table. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, cutlery and crockery. There was no tea, coffee or bathroom products. The dining table and cabinets were good although the dark wood made the interior feel dark. The tv was great with a good selection of……
