“We've been visiting the area for about 26 years, since my in-laws moved there. In the past, we had generally stayed with family, but they have gotten older they have downsized to a smaller home, so for the first time we chose to rent a place. And this is a great place. “The property itself is beautiful, with well-designed grounds and very attractive, clean rooms. The overall setting and aesthetics meet expectations for a high-end resort.
However, the service experience did not match a five-star standard. The hotel felt overcrowded during our stay, with noticeably more guests than the infrastructure seemed to support. There were fewer sunbeds than guests, leading to early reservations, often left unused for hours without enforcement.
