"The elevator is in need of major repair. I can’t believe it has ever had a safety inspection. My wife and I have stayed in this establishment 2 times and both times the elevator works but makes horrible banging and even feels like it is going to fall. The manager actually make a joke’s about how terrible the elevator is. The staff makes sure we know they do not clean the rooms and we had to actually beg for towels when we needed them."
