The service was great, the staff was very helpful, the food was delicious! The area around the hotel is excellent and beautiful, I recommend it if you are looking for a relaxing and beautiful experience!

Generally a bad experience

Generally a bad experience in our one-night stay. Our room is separated from the Main Building (around 150m), it is at the opposite side of the river and above the pub (named "PUBLICHOUSE LAUGHTALE" in google map), so it is a bit noisy at night. The room is not clean as we found residue in kitchen sink and hair in bathroom sink by previous visitors. The track of wooden window is full of dead insects. The toilet is disproportionately tiny consider the huge room size, it is also not tidy and clean, live and dead insects are found.

食事も大浴場もとても良かったです。 5人で宿泊しましたが、部屋も広々として、居心地がよかった。 部屋の露天風呂も川の音を聴きながらゆったりした気分になりました。 女将さんの明るくて気さくな雰囲気もとても良かったです。

楽しく、宿泊させていただきました。 ペットと泊まれる宿は、少なく、大変貴重なので、よかったです。 場所が、砂湯の前なので，しかたないですが、夜中に入っている人の声が、犬には、聞こえているのか、たえず、唸っていて中々寝る事が、できませんでした。

まず、予約した内容とホテルが把握していた内容が大きく異なり、約1.3万円の追加請求がありましたので、問題を調べてもらいました。hotels.comとの連絡ミスだったのかわかりませんが、大変不愉快な思いをしました。もちろん、予約内容を確認して、支払ってはおりません。 不可解だったのは、hotels.comから予約を入れたのに、Expediaからの予約になっていたこと、1〜3人？での予約になっていたなどと、理解不能な状況でした。 また、現地では、それについての詳しい説明もなく、知らんふり。大好きな旅館だっただけに残念でなりませんでした。 また、部屋も写真に掲載されていた部屋とは違い、少し残念にも思いました。提供する限り、出来るだけ部屋の作りは近いもの（写真）をお願いいたします。

員工服務態度一流，我們一家很享受這裡的溫泉，晚餐和早餐都很精緻和美味，酒店也另外提供了兒童餐給小朋友，雖然另收費但也是貼心的服務。房間設施有一些老舊但總體而言還是很舒適的。
