The service was great, the staff was very helpful, the food was delicious!
The area around the hotel is excellent and beautiful, I recommend it if you are looking for a relaxing and beautiful experience!
Generally a bad experience in our one-night stay.
Our room is separated from the Main Building (around 150m), it is at the opposite side of the river and above the pub (named "PUBLICHOUSE LAUGHTALE" in google map), so it is a bit noisy at night. The room is not clean as we found residue in kitchen sink and hair in bathroom sink by previous visitors. The track of wooden window is full of dead insects.
The toilet is disproportionately tiny consider the huge room size, it is also not tidy and clean, live and dead insects are found.
