Great place to stay

We had a fabulous time here. The staff are very attentive, we had a family room which was nice and big. You can order amenities online and they turned up in record time. The bed was very comfortable. We had a lovely time. The Luisa park is close by which is great with kids and it's anneasy walk to the centre. Everything was perfect :)

We had a nice couple of days here. Room was well set out and comfortable but no real "wow" factor, just a very nice business hotel. Very quiet despite the hotel being busy. Check in a little slow as we arrived as a big group were booking in. We had a complimentary breakfast for one day which was really nice. Ample selection. About 20 mins walk from station and lots of shops/ places to eat in between. Tram stop outside if you need it.

The room had no noise protection from the busy street. The receptionist also told me that even though I had booked via Hotels.com and had the gold benefits for this hotel it does not count for anything and is not valid. Housekeeping burst in at 10.00 ro clean the room although the check out time was 12.00.

Zentral gelegen, neu und modern. Gutes Frühstück mit Auswahl an frisch zubereiteten warmen Frühstücksgericjten, z.B. Omlett. Juniorsuite war groß genug für 3 Erwachsene. Sehr großes Doppelbett. Nur das Fehlen eines Ladepunkts auf dem kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz ist bei einem solch modernen Hotel unerwartet.

2回目の利用です。ツインベッドを予約したつもりがWベッドになっていた為、変更をメールで連絡したが間に合わなく無償で2部屋用意して頂き、またコインから紙幣の両替や朝食が間に合わなかったので二人分のパンを頂いたりこちらの要望を全て受けて頂きとても満足でした。スタッフの方みなさま親切で特にチェックインの時のスタッフの方本当にありがとうございました！　また機会があれば泊利用させて下さい。朝食は安定して美味しかったです！
