The property is not private as the host’s Mother resides downstairs and there are curtains missing from the windows etc. Having read positive reviews by other guests we were excited to stay at this property, however, had to leave within 20 mins of arrival and check into hotel based on smell. Good size but very bare. Not enough space for clothes, no coffee or tea and noisy old air con. Nothing that felt superior. Breakfast is a mixed bag. Good quality ingredients but limited choice of bread (one!) and tinned salad fruit. This is also the only one place I have been where you have to prepare your own eggs. This is messy and not in line with the standard of the restaurant."
